Our in-house production facilities include design, pattern, cutting, printing, heat transfers, and embroidery, sewing .and we have the capacity for high-quantity sublimation and embroidery. Our designer team can help on designs. Your own design in pdf, cdr, ai, or psd vector file would be acceptable.

About Factory
1)As you can see we are in the sewing department .
Healong has 8 production lines about 200 sewing workers .The production capacity is 300,000 pieces per month .
2)Paper pattern is the first step of production .
We have 5 great experienced paper pattern makers and 8 sample workers The next step will be the sublimation design .
We have 26 designers .
We always send the printing sample to our customers before apprpval of the bulk order .
We have 20 MUTOH printers imported from Japan , and 7high-speed printers which is 2 times faster .
Healong Sportswear,with the world's most advanced printing machines and professional printers is able to print the customer's design onto the fabric perfectly.The huge transfer machine also can transfer kinds of pattern onto variety of fiber fabrics by high temperature treatment.cutting with professional lasrt technology workshop work with constant temperature and humidity such condition allow Healong to reduce the defective and dirty product greatly.
Healong factory has 16 embroidery machines, with a monthly output of about 50,000 pieces. There is no minimum order quantity, We support the minimum order for one piece. One piece of clothing can be embroidered with your team's logo, sponsor's logo, player number, player name, etc.
1) This room is for heat transfer printing , We have 10 transfer machines .Here and healong has the best transfer machine in the market , the brand is MONTI.it keeps the color stable and fabric soft and eco-envionmental .
2) After paper print, we will transfer the printing from paper to fabric.At the same time ,the worker will check the colors, to make sure the color are same as the printing sample.
The nex step after heat transfer is laser cutting . It’s more accurate and faster than hand cutting.We have 17 machines .Healong will check all the pieces after laser cutting. Checking the colors, logos, names,numbers and size before go to sewing.
This is cutting production line, usually they put the paper pattern over the fabric,and do the cutting .You can see some stock fabrc here also , all the white fabric is for sublimation , while all the dye color fabric is for cut&sew .
